Road Closure - Faversham Road from 23 May

Kent County Council gives notice that Faversham Road, Lenham will be closed to through traffic, on 23rd May 2024 for up to 7 days.

The road will be closed between the junctions of A20 Ashford Road and Ringlestone Road.

The alternative route is via A20 Ashford Road, A20 Maidstone Road, A252 Charing Hill, A252 Canterbury Road, A251 Faversham Road, A251 Ashford Road, A2 Canterbury Road, A2 London Road, A2 Ospringe Street, A2 London Road, Faversham Road, The Street, and vice versa.

It is planned that the road will be closed between 08:00 hrs and 16:00 hrs each day. This closure is necessary to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.

This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 5 days.
